 Board of Fire Commissioners Meeting Scheduled:

Coeymans Hollow Board of Fire Commissioners for Fire District #3 will hold its monthly meeting on Wednesday, February 15 beginning at 7:00p.m. All members of the Board of Fire Commissioners are encouraged to attend.

Events Sponsored by Neighboring Fire Companies:

The Ravena Fire Company will host a Pancake Breakfast on Sunday, February 12 from 7:00a.m. to 12noon. The cost of the Breakfast is $7.00 for adults, $4.00 for children under 12 and children under 3 are free.  The Ravena Firehouse is located on Main Street in Ravena.

 

The Coeymans Fire Company will host its annual Ham Dinner on Saturday, February 25 from 4:00-7:00p.m.  The cost of the dinner is $10.00 for adults, $8.00 Seniors 65 and older, $5.00 for children 9 and under and children 4 and under are free.  Take-Outs are also available.  The Coeymans Firehouse is located at 67 Church Street in Coeymans.  

 

Please support our local Volunteer Fire Companies.

Coeymans Hollow Volunteer Fire Corporation's Line Officers will hold their monthly meeting on Monday, February 6 beginning at 7:00p.m. All Coeymans Hollow Line Officers are encouraged to attend.

Enjoy your Super Bowl Parties, but Please DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE!  Remember it is easy to take a cab or use a designated driver.  If you don't, you mind get a ride in the back seat of a cop car or in a coffin.  Play it smart.

Membership Meeting Scheduled:

 

The Coeymans Hollow Volunteer Fire Corporation will hold its monthly membership meeting on Tuesday, February 7 beginning at 7:30p.m.  All members of the Corporation are encouraged to attend.

 

Ladies Auxiliary Meeting Scheduled:

 

The Coeymans Hollow Ladies Auxiliary will hold its monthly membership meeting on Wednesday February 8 beginning at 7:30p.m.  All members of the Ladies Auxiliary are encouraged to attend.

 

Drill Scheduled:

 

Training Officer Sam Slingerland has announced that the drill scheduled for Tuesday January 31 will be on SCBA'S.  The drill will begin promptly at 7:00p.m.  All firefighters and EMS personnel are encouraged to attend.

The Coeymans Hollow Board of Directors will hold its monthly meeting on Wednesday, Jaanuary 25 beginning at 7:30p.m.  All members of the Board of Directors are encouraged to attend.

Drill Scheduled:

Training officer Sam Slingerland has announced that the drill scheduled for Tuesday, January 24 will be an EMS Drill on Blood-Born Pathogens. The drill will start at 7:00p.m. and all Firefighters and EMS Personnel are encouraged to attend.  This is a mandatory Drill!

Safety Tip:

In cold weather, please make sure your pets have shelter to keep warm and have plenty of food and water.

Special Meeting Scheduled

 

The New Truck Committee has scheduled a special meeting for all members to attend to discuss the new 6-22 Tanker Truck, the specifications and the returned bids for Monday, January 16 at 7:00p.m.  If all is in order, the members of the Coeymans Hollow Fire Company will hold a vote following the meeting to purchase the truck.

 

Commissioner Seek Board Member:

The Board of Fire Commissioners for Coeymans Hollow Fire District #3 is currently seeking candidates to fill a vacant 4 year term. Anyone interested in this position must be 18 years old or older, live in the Coeymans Hollow Fire District and be a registered voter. For more information, please contact Fire District Secretary Jack Dennis at 767-2621.
